The following are the requirements for this deliverable. Please read them over carefully.

ALL MEMBERS OF THE TEAM ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND.

In this session, each of the Teams will demonstrate a working prototype of their system based on the requirements specifications. It is understood that the prototype may not be fully tested at this point and could have some minor bugs. However, it should cover the full scope of your project.

The demonstration is to the course Professors who will evaluate the demo using the rubric provided. This is a more formal presentation then the previous ones and therefore will require a short introductory presentation supported by PowerPoint. You will explain what the purpose of your application is and what problem it will solve for your client including a summary of tangible and intangible benefits. Explain the design of your application, your choice of development platform, programming language, and database technology. This should also cover the ease of maintenance, flexibility and scalability of the application. Also identify any new or emerging technologies that have been incorporated or other special/unusual aspects of your solution which make it unique.

1. Please arrive promptly at your appointed time for the prototype demo.

2. If your prototype does not fully comply with the scope of the documented requirements specification, PLEASE INFORM US BEFORE BEGINNING THE DEMO.

3. For details on how the prototype will be evaluated, please see the evaluation rubrics. (Technical) + (Presentation)

4. Upload A ReadMe.txt File to SLATE "Iteration04" drop box with a link to the code base and the application site. Include instructions to run your application for review and evaluation. Also upload your presentation slides.

5. If you have technical difficulties with your project during the demo, or for any reason cannot attain full prototype functionality you should expect marks to be deducted.

6. Should you miss your appointed meeting time; the usual late penalties will apply.

AGAIN, BE ON TIME AND READY TO GO.
