This class will introduce students to the course which is the final stage in the completion of their Capstone Project. Expectations will be explained along with instructions and discussion on how the course will be conducted. Faculty will be referencing the system specification documentation submitted by each team in term05 as the basis for their project. In this session, Teams will meet individually with the course Professors at their appointed times. Teams are encouraged to come to these meetings with questions to clarify course deliverables and to discuss their project systems specifications. If there are difficulties/challenges that could impede progress they should be presented at this time. Students are also encouraged to review progress on their system by demo at this session for valuable feedback in preparation for formal demo (Iteration 2) in the next class. This can help enhance the quality of their work and resultant scores. ALL MEMBERS OF THE TEAM ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND ALL OF THESE MEETINGS. Agenda

Students are encouraged to plan ahead and read over all upcoming deliverable specs and come prepared with any questions. At these meetings, students are also encouraged to continue demoing their project as development progresses for important feedback. The demonstration is to the course Professors who will evaluate the demo using the rubric provided. This is a more formal presentation then the previous one and will require a short introductory presentation supported by PowerPoint. Each team will demonstrate the final working prototype of their system based on the requirements specifications. It is expected that the system will be bug-free at this point. You are expected to have demonstrated your prototype to your client and to have them complete the User Acceptance Form prior to the presentation. This completed form must be scanned and uploaded to SLATE as part of this iteration. The demonstration is to the course Professors who will evaluate the demo using the rubric provided. The entire class is invited to be present to celebrate each other's work. This is a more formal presentation requires a short introductory presentation supported by PowerPoint. ALL MEMBERS OF THE TEAM ARE EXPECTED TO SPEAK FOR PART OF THE PRESENTATION. THE ENTIRE CLASS IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL PRESENTATIONS. Agenda
